Essentially it is a
low carb - protein diet and fits in
with my way of life of consuming
unprocessed, whole foods. Preferably you
have a garden and hunt and fish so you can offer some
or all your foods from wild
and/or natural sources. Fortunately I
live in a backwoods and although I
do not hunt, I do have a garden and I do fish, plus I have
household members who hunt; so
I might remain extremely near
to the diet in it's purest
kind.
When you're
looking for snacks that fresh new
produce in season is best, remember.
Choose quality seafood and meats for treats
you're going to get ready for your
kids, too. Get meals that are raised or caught
fairly and cleanly if at all possible. That is
biggest for the atmosphere, and most considerably,
these foods will provide your kids probably
the most health advantages.
