live in a rural location and although I
don't hunt, I do have a garden and I do fish, plus I have
member of the family who hunt; so
I might remain very near the diet plan in it's purest
form.
The most
essential need to
try this diet is that it is properly to feed your
body. The modifications you will see will
surprise you, and in
time the food cravings for
salt or sugar or other abnormal substances
will actually disappear. You will look
much better, feel much better, and live longer on the
Paleo diet plan. It is the way we were
indicated to eat!
