with my way of life of consuming

have a garden and hunt and fish so you can provide some
or all your foods from natural and/or wild sources. Fortunately I
reside in a rural location and although I
do not hunt, I do have a garden and I do fish, plus I have
member of the family who hunt; so
I might remain very close to the diet plan in it's purest
type.
