at work. Body remained good. I haven't broken 25 minutes in a 1650 pool swim in One Decade. I did it last week. 24:58. That's
interesting.
If you do choose to
quite the sugar habit
entirely the very first two or
three days will be the most difficult. It will be in
effect a sugar withdrawal. You will be
food craving sugar but you can
change sugar with healthy foods like berries
or nuts.
Making your own list might appear
to be stressful at the start when you're still
starting to adapt to the diet plan,
once you get utilized to it, it gets simpler and much
better. You do not have to memorize the
important things that you have to
buy for now. The list will keep you on track
with your shopping. The desire to buy unnecessary
items will always exist,
